Am happy to help and work out a way , provided you give your best and are ready to get out of your comfort zone. It is on a case by case basis and time availability for taking up the project.
Q. How much time does one need coaching?
I focus on addressing the underlying causes rather than merely alleviating symptoms. Consequently, I advise an initial commitment of at least three months to observe tangible outcomes. Subsequent durations are tailored based on individual circumstances, the complexities of their situations, and the depth of resolution they seek.
Q. What does the process look like?
During our preliminary discussions, we assess your present situation and define your aspirations. I pose inquiries designed to stretch your existing boundaries and prompt you to venture beyond your comfort realm. Post-reflection on our dialogue, you'll devise a solution. Together, we critically evaluate this and strategize its implementation.
Q. Are coaches the right way to solve the issues?
